At Recess, we want you to love every sip, but since our products are perishable food items, we generally cannot accept physical returns. If your order arrived damaged or didn't meet your expectations, please reach out so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.

Return Process

    For items damaged during transit, please include a clear photo of the packaging and the product to help us process your claim faster.

    Quality Review

    Our team will review your request within 2 business days to determine eligibility for a full refund or a complimentary replacement shipment.

    Resolution

    Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method, or a tracking number for your replacement will be sent to your inbox.
